Double Column Surface Grinding Machine

This machine is mainly used for grinding the large-sized short-but-wide workpieces.

Feature:

Grinding area: 1000*1600mm
Spindle drive: 11kW
Distance table to spindle centerline:860mm
The machine employs the double housing principle. Bed, double columns andcrossrail compose a closed and rigid frame. The bed adopts double V-type guideways, and the table guideways are laminated with Teflon.
The saddle moves in the traverse direction along the crossrail, and a DC motor is used for cross feed. The cross feed of model HZ-K1610 is controlled by a NC unit.
The table is driven to move longitudinally by a vane type oil pump and an open hydraulic system,which can carry out stepless speed regulation. An oil temperature control device is provided to keep low temperature of hydraulic and guideway lubricating oil.
The wheelhead moves up and down along the vertical guideways of the saddle, and can perform rapid movement. Model HZ-1610A has two modes for the vertical feed: hand feed and automatic feed, whereas the vertical feed of model HZ-K1610 has only automatic type controlled by a NC unit.
